The actors of the Turkish series Babil, Halit Ergenç, Onur Saylak and Deniz karakteriyle met to read the script and prepare for the resumption of shooting.
The series Babil, broadcast by the Turkish channel Star TV, produced by the company AyYapim was on break.
The first episode was broadcast on January 17, 2020, and the first season had only 10 episodes. The majority of Turkish series stopped shooting in March due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Shooting of season 2 of Babil (the choice) therefore resumes this month.
The Babil (the choice) series is made by Uluç Bayraktar. Nüket Biçaka and Özlem Yücel are the senarists of the series.
The main actors are Halit Ergenç, Asli Enver Birce Akalay, Mesut Akusta, Nur Fettahoglu and Onur Saylak.

The story (the plot) of the Babil series :
Irfan (Halit Ergenç) is a professor of economics. An idealist and honest man, his life is turned upside down when he suddenly loses his job as a university professor in an unfair manner. He then learns that his son Deniz is suffering from a serious illness and needs to undergo an operation, the price of which is very high.
Irfan, who must find the money to save his son in a short time, turns to his childhood friend Irfan. This quest to save his son will lead Egemen to take a path that is contrary to his values.
Irfan is the opposite of Egemen. He has always wanted to be rich, since he was very young and unlike Egemen, Irfan doesn’t hesitate to get his hands dirty to achieve this. They are going to try together in this adventure.
A new actor joins the cast of Babil
Onur Saylak, joins the cast of Babil. The actor who played the role of Irfan in the first season of Babil was Ozan Guven. But the actor Ozan Guven was accused by his girlfriend of abuse. She shared photos of her with her swollen face, which was shocking.
The chain as well as Babil’s production have therefore taken the decision to end Ozan Güven’s participation in the Babil series.
The role is now taken over by actor Onur Saylak. While Saylak’s name had been mentioned in the list of actors who were to join the series çukur (he had made an appearance during season 3 of çukur, in the role of Veli Cevher/Crossover with the series çarpisma). Onur Saylak thus joins season 2 of the series Babil, in the role of Egemen.
